Trade Concierge: Designer-Placed Furniture Orders

With our Trade Concierge, our design team places your furniture order and manages it from order to delivery: confirming specs, tracking production, scheduling delivery, and handling any issues along the way.

Choose your tier

• Petite Order (under $2,500): flat $375 concierge fee, paid in full today.
• Signature Order ($2,500 to $25,000): 15% concierge fee. Today's $375 deposit is credited toward your fee.
• Estate Order (over $25,000): 12% concierge fee. Today's $3,000 deposit is credited toward your fee.
• Delivery-Day Oversight Add-On: $500 per day. Our team on site for delivery, placement, and styling.

Tier is based on your total furniture order at studio pricing.

What's included

• Order review: dimensions, finishes, and fabrics checked before anything is placed
• Order placement handled by our team
• Production and shipping tracking with milestone updates
• Delivery scheduling and coordination
• Damage claims and issue resolution with the retailer

Concierge places the pieces you've chosen. If you'd like our lead designer to select and curate the pieces for you, that's a design service. Ask about a Custom Curated Room.

What happens after you book

1. You'll receive a confirmation email and a short order request form.
2. Send your piece list (links, sizes, finishes). Our team reviews it and sends a final quote and invoice.
3. Once your invoice is paid in full, your order is placed.

Terms

• Furniture and the remaining concierge fee are paid in full before any order is placed.
• Concierge fees are non-refundable once an order is placed.
• Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale.
• Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee; Zelle is accepted at no fee.
• Lead times are set by the retailer and may change.
