Our new construction design package is created for clients who want thoughtful design guidance from the earliest stages of building. This service is ideal for homeowners, investors, and developers who understand that successful new construction requires more than selecting finishes — it requires a well-planned design strategy that supports both beauty and functionality from the ground up.

This package helps establish a clear game plan for your new build by reviewing layout decisions, design intent, architectural details, material direction, and the overall vision for the home or property. We work to ensure that the project is not only visually cohesive, but also practical, feasible, and aligned with how the space is meant to be lived in and experienced.

After your inquiry is received, a member of our team will contact you for an introductory call to discuss your project and schedule your consultation.

What happens after you book

1. You'll receive a confirmation email with our New Client Intake Form.
2. A member of our team contacts you within 2 business days to schedule your introductory call.
3. Your scope, timeline, and fees are confirmed in a signed Letter of Agreement before design work begins.

Cancellation policy

• This purchase is your project retainer and is applied to your final invoice.
• Cancel within 24 hours of purchase, before work begins: full refund minus a $50 booking fee.
• Once work has begun, the retainer is non-refundable.
• Each design phase includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate.
• Structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work must be designed or approved by licensed professionals.
