From flooring and tile to cabinetry, countertops, hardware, paint, and decorative finishes, we help create a refined and intentional design direction that supports the vision of the space as a whole. This process ensures that each selection works together seamlessly while also considering functionality, durability, and investment value.

After your inquiry is received, a member of our team will contact you for an introductory call to discuss your project and schedule your consultation.

What happens after you book

1. You'll receive a confirmation email with our New Client Intake Form.
2. A member of our team contacts you within 2 business days to schedule your introductory call.
3. Please complete the intake form before your call so Courtney can prepare.

Cancellation policy

• Cancel within 24 hours of purchase, before work begins: full refund minus a $50 booking fee.
• Once work has begun, this package is non-refundable.
• Includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate.
• Meetings may be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit that meeting.
• Materials and finishes purchased through us follow our furnishings and materials terms; custom and special-order items are final sale.
