After your inquiry is received, a member of our team will contact you for an introductory call to discuss your project, design goals, and next steps.

What happens after you book

1. You'll receive a confirmation email with our New Client Intake Form.
2. A member of our team contacts you within 2 business days to schedule your introductory call.
3. Your scope, timeline, and fees are confirmed in a signed Letter of Agreement before design work begins.

Cancellation policy

• This purchase is your project retainer and is applied to your final invoice.
• Cancel within 24 hours of purchase, before work begins: full refund minus a $50 booking fee.
• Once work has begun, the retainer is non-refundable.
• Each design phase includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate.
• Furnishings and materials are billed separately; custom and special-order items are final sale.
