Design Audit

Our design audit is a professional assessment created for clients who need clarity, direction, and expert feedback on an existing space or project. This service is ideal for those who may already have furnishings, finishes, plans, or ideas in place but need a trained design eye to evaluate what is working, what is not, and what should happen next.

Through this process, we review the space holistically, identify design opportunities and problem areas, and provide insight into how to elevate the overall look, function, and cohesion of the project. A design audit is often the perfect starting point for clients who want a strategic game plan before making additional investments.

After your inquiry is received, a member of our team will contact you for an introductory call to discuss your project and schedule your audit.

What happens after you book

1. You'll receive a confirmation email with our New Client Intake Form.
2. A member of our team contacts you within 2 business days to schedule your audit. Your appointment is confirmed only once you receive a calendar invitation.
3. Please complete the intake form at least 48 hours before your appointment so Courtney can prepare.

Cancellation policy

• Cancel within 24 hours of purchase, before your audit is scheduled: full refund minus a $50 booking fee.
• After 24 hours or once scheduled: no refund, but you may reschedule or keep the full amount as store credit.
• Cancellations under 48 hours before your appointment and no-shows (15+ minutes late) forfeit the audit.
